Overall Call:
This film doesn't break any new cinematic ground. It is however, a nice light romp with plenty of funny old people jokes. A mishmash of old stubborn personalities are thrown together by happenstance to assist in a tricky satellite mission. The story is plotted out with your typical obstacles the old cronies must overcome. The humor and self-effacing stabs are what move this one along and keep it enjoyable. The jokes are not new, just delivered in a sincere manner that wins you over immediately and allows you to really cheer for the aging Hollywood stars. Space Cowboys is a nice light romp that you can enjoy as these aging stars poke fun at their inevitable gathering of years.

Reasons For Recommendation:
+ Fun self-effacing humor
+ If you like one of the four stars you'll like the film
