Overall Call:
Panic was a great small film rental. William H. Macy as Alex was very watchable and gave a real depth to his character. The film has an intimate noirish feel. Just as you think not much is going on, the film delivers a real emotional arc. Neve Campbell as Sarah is also very good and delivers a simple portrayal to her rather unstable character. I ended up caring for all the characters and in the end really enjoyed the film. Also take note of David Dorfman as Sammy the son Alex, for a kid he delivers a very sweet and honest performance. Panic is a perfect rainy Tuesday rental.

Reasons For Recommendation:
+ Intimate noir vibe
+ Some solid lead performances
