Overall Call:
If you liked Swingers as a movie (not just cause of the Hollywood references) you'll really enjoy Made. This time Jon Favreau has not only written and acted in, but also directed the film. Overall it is a nice lighthearted often laugh-out-loud funny flick. The story has some nice original moments and a healthy dose of old buddy banter. Vince Vaughn steals the show as Ricky the loud-mouthed friend of Bobby (Favreau). Ricky sinks the two of them into the hole they attempt to dig themselves out of all through the picture. Just when you think Vaughn is laying it on too thick Favreau's script swiftly removes the character from your last nerve. Consistent with Swingers there are some references to L.A. that only locals would catch as well as references to Swingers (check out the license plate of the limo). There is even an unexpected little tug at your heart in there somewhere. All in all it's a crowd pleaser with good characters and very funny dialogue.

Reasons For Recommendation:
+ Favreau and Vaughn are great together
+ Funny script by Favreau
