Overall Call:
What can I say that has not already been said? Overall this is a fairly strong film with a lot of special effects and many fun characters. I have been told numerous times it held very close to the book. Among the many amusing supporting cast members Robbie Coltrane and Alan Rickman were my favorite. The last act of the film seemed a bit anticlimactic but as a whole I enjoyed the movie going experience and look forward to the next installment. If you think you might be interested in joining the rest of the free world in experiencing the film you shouldn't be disappointed.
Reasons For Recommendation:
+ Excellent supporting characters
+ Big fun movie for the kids
