Overall Call:
Errol Morris has woven together a wonderfully interesting look at four personalities while also giving us a glimpse as to how they may speak about us (the human race) in a larger sense. A lion tamer, a robotics engineer, a topiary gardener, and a naked mole rat biologist consist of the four characters studied in the film. The eccentric characters are very engaging and humorous. It's fun watching them talk so passionately about topics that I knew little about. The documentary is cut together in a rather nontraditional way and adds an extra dimension to how the information is doled out. If this kind of mainstream divergent material interests you, check the film out.
Reasons For Recommendation:
+ Interesting documentary containing several layers and very engaging subjects.
