This review can be summed up quickly for those familiar with Christopher Guest and Co. Did you like Spinal Tap or Waiting for Guffman? If so you'll like Best in Show. This one isn't quite as good as the previous two mentioned, but is still far superior too most of the so called comedies Hollywood is turning out these days. If you are not familiar with the two other films mentioned earlier, I'll try to shed some light. For Best in Show bring your dark humor hat and just let the cast do the rest. If you can relate to the topic because you, friends or family own dogs or any pets you'll be able to relate. Needless to say the characters/performances are priceless. Best in Show is highly recommended.
