Overall Call:
This one is probably for film buffs. It was very engaging at times. The two leads are spectacular and Dafoe should surely be recognized for his portrayal. If your not into the topic at hand (the making of Nosferatu: F.W. Murnau's take on Bram Stoker's Dracula) then you might be left wanting a bit more. It is stylishly presented and has the look and feel that you might anticipate. Overall it left me with just a taste of the movie making experience and wanting more. Shadow of the Vampire is an audience specific film, if you fall into that audience you should enjoy.
