Overall Call:
I went into this one with many preconceptions. I should not have. What I thought was going to be preachy and self-consciously daring turned out to be rather refreshing. The story hit many often-traveled themes in the men are pigs and why can't I find the right guy genre. However, the two leads were so enjoyable to watch that the film quickly became more about two well-defined personalities going through their lives. This film is a good middle of the road take on same sex relationships. The supporting cast is strong as well with many humorous bits coming from the intense Jewish family get-togethers.

Reasons For Recommendation:
+ Watchable lead performances
+ Refreshing little film
