Overall Call:
Changing Lanes is an effective actiony drama that presents several thoughtful life questions. While the acting is convincing from the leads the shinning support of Kim Staunton as Valerie Gipson (Samuel Jackson's wife) stood out for me. Some of the plot points seemed a bit contrived. However, the contrivances were forgiven as a result of the bold issues they raised. The direction of the scenes transitions is a rather exceptional little bonus. The films pacing clips along so as to not leave you bored or hurried. All in all Changing Lanes delivers a 90-minute ponderous diversion.
Reasons For Recommendation:
+ Solid supporting cast
+ Thought provoking plot points
